Celestial Sprite Problem..

Well..
I got the sprite from the wolf earlier today. Then signed out before i finished the quest. I logged back into to notice the tracker says 0/1 also the Taoist Master doesnt give me the option to give it to him (as if i havnt got it) although it is clearly visible in my "quest items"
I cant even abandon the quest because its a cultivation quest nor drop the sprite <-- if this is possible please tell me.

Im currently killing more incase i get another but so far no joy
Any Ideas :(

    There are 2 sprites:

    For Elves:

    1. Aware of Principle

    Start NPC: Speak to Mangmang the Taoist (322, 421)
    Mission #1: Collect 1 Celestial Sprite (Quest drop from Carapest Terror)
    Monster Locale: Near Scorpion Cave (274,427)
    Mission #2: Collect 1 Celestial Sprite (295, 429) (281, 404) (292, 446) [you farm these like herbs]
    Second collection only triggers after Celestial Sprite is obtained
