heal and revive books

Someone in my faction sold her heal and revive pet books and can't learn the skills. Is there a way for her to get the books back or does she have to start over?

    make a new character and lvl it to lvl 7 and trade the books.. i thought u coudnt trade those books...

    Ugh, nevermind. She just never finished the quest. I told her that she's getting pk'd as soon as she hits level 30.
