Hi... I'm new to this game and i was wondering if i can get some info about Watcher Of the Skies wings.... I see that they are manufactured so i'm just wondering if i can get full info from what i can manufacture them and where...

    You buy them from the Boutique.....aka the Cash Shop.

    Or you have to buy them from another player.

    The manufactured just means the item was upgraded (once again Cash Shop)

    there for lvl 50 and as rose said manufature only means it was upgraded you dont actually make them you buy them from cash shop or other players normally costs from 2.5-3mil but upgraded will cost more dont know by how much but it will.

    what is the duration for?
    do the wings only last a certain amount of time because it says
    450/900 seconds for duration

    That is for the accelerate feature that will increase your flight speed. To "refill" you need to decomp armor and weapons for the correct stones.

    Watcher of the skies goes for about 2.5 - 2.8m from other players. When you upgrade the wings your name will be written like this "manufactored by...you" :P
