Graphics error

Hey,
I have a constant graphics error - my character and other characters are misshapen - view. Does anyone have an idea how to fix it please? (I already tried to reinstall the game but that didn't work)

    That looks like a problem with the graphicscard actually. Have you recently updated them?

    Yeah, I downloaded the newest drivers and the error still remained..

    Of course posting your specs/make/model of the card would be a waste of your time.

    It's Ati Radeon 9800 PRO with ATI Catalyst Display Driver version 9.3 for Windows XP Home.

    Have you tried verifying the files from the launcher?

    Yes, all files were veryfied just after the succesfull instalation..

    I don't mean the "verify files" option in the installation; all that does is check that the files are there. On the launcher, under the Start button, is a button marked "Verify." This will go through all your PWI files and redownload them if they're corrupted. It will take about ten minutes or so, but may fix the problem.

    well, I tried to do what you had said, but it ran only a while and then it said ,,version verification interrupt" and I am stuck at that point atm

    That's odd. Try it again; if it does it a second time, send a ticket to tech support explaining all of this and linking to this thread.

    I tried many times and it didn't work, but after an hour so I tried again and all files were succesfully verified. The error still remained though. I already sent a ticket to tech support, so I hope they will help me. Thanks to all people, who tried to help me, it was very nice of you, guys.

    I'm having graphics problems too. I tried to submit a ticket, but i couldn't because of an error on webpage. What should i do?
