Just a question about nix bleed to GM's

I don't understand...is the lack of pvp damage reduction really a bug or deliberate? I ask because 2 or 3 GM's jumped all over a thread yesterday about the FB29 bug, the one where you can send a pet thru the door. They said it was unintended and would result in a ban if reported...for that small issue. Someone loses thier char just because they wanted to save 2 mins, + the boss, in a low lvl dungeon.

Then we have people who buy a nix and deliberately put flesh ream on it, knowing that it's bugged. TW wars have been screwed, pvp has been screwed, but theres no threats of a ban there. Isn't this unintended use of a pheonix? It's the same act as some veno sending a pet thru the door, but way more serious imo.

    There have been countless threadas on this issue... no GM has replied yet.. as far as I know.. I don't think they know if it is a bug or intended.. its just a part of the game that has to be dealt with

    Its simple. People dont have to pay real money to do FB29. So, the GMs have no reason not to act. But people have to spend real money (most of the time) to get a phoenix.

    If the GMs ban players that buy from the cash shop, they're shooting themselves in the foot. Plain and simple.

    Coming from Velancia (my 68 veno alt), I bought a phoenix on the day it was released. I did not buy it with the intent to exploit some dmg 'bug' becuase i didn't even know it existed. Ripping Bite just makes sense on that pet, after seeing what it could do I considered Bash for about two seconds.

    Even if it is a bug and not intended, I doubt it's on the 'high priority' fix list. Not all, but a lot of the people buying the nix (most faction funded)do it specifically for TW/PvP, and at $200+ each thats a big nerf to sway future buyers. Not to mention the current owners that would be crying for a bottle because PWI fixed a problem. Now I love to tank, but thats agro even I don't want to deal with.

    While the GMs have not said for sure if the Flesh Ream is a bug or not, They have said that the "fix" for this would come from China, and that they have conveyed our opinions to the developers in China about flesh ream. The fact that you pay $200 has for the pet has nothing to do with why PWI will not change it. They will not change it because they cannot change it. And since China has not changed it, it will not be changed here either. I have heard rumors that china will be changing this soon though, but since I cannot read their sight, it is just a rumor to me.
