Quest trouble level 19

I'm level 19, and I have too collect a Celestial Sprite from the frozen wolfkin, and I can't seem to find it. Is it a drop?
I've been told to go to 544, and 901, however, it doesn't seem right, seeing as the quest tells me to go else where. Help?

    This is a 2 part quest. The first part calls for you to kill a frozen wolfkin(440,1005)
    second part is to farm a plant at (594,893)

    Those coords should be good. Its been awhile since I have done this quest though.
