Boutique clothing not showing up properly

When I see people wearing clothing from the boutique, it doesn't look right on my computer. For example, the wingspan skirt is one solid colour, not white at the bottom like it is supposed to be. This is frustrating as I would like to buy clothes for my character but, though they will look fine to other people, I would see my character running around in an ugly mismatching outfit (the sundrop outfit shows up with each piece a different colour on my screen so others might too). Is there some setting in the game I need to change to fix this problem, or is it something to do with my computer so I'm just stuck with it? I would appreciate any suggestions as I would really like to be able to buy clothes.

If this is posted in the wrong forum I apologize; I wasn't sure where to post about this issue.

    are you using ctrl+f9 ?


    if not try opening the game settings, go to the UI tab and make sure the Customization button is selected or pressed or whatever.

    I don't use control + f9 because I tried it once with a different character and it changed everyone's hair but didn't fix my lag issue. And I checked, and the Customization button is checked... so I don't know what to do.
