Ok...

I have Golem (Crystalline) and Bee (Sawfly)....
Im planning on getting Herc some day, I like more running HH, doing bosses than Pking (though Im in a PvP server), but I also do to Pk sometime.
My point is this... but stupid golem cant hold aggro... Im pure Int build and its getting annoying to start running every time pet cant hold aggro.
OFC im starting to save for my Herc (I dont have even a million, lol) but I dont wanna spend money on upgrading Golem bash, so I need an alternative of a good pet keeping aggro and not wasting money...

Ive read of Eldergoth Marksman... is also Eldergoth sharpshooter a solid choice? Considering it has lvl 54 bash? And ofc the ranged attack?

Should I keep my bee? Only spent 300k on lvl 1 Flesh Ream, nothing else... Should I change to another bee? Maybe theres something better.... I still dont know...

Pls HELP! XD

If you don't want to spend money on skills, consider taming a Togrin Brave, which, I believe, comes with lvl 3 bash. It should be enough to keep aggro for pure int veno of your lvl. It's lvl 32 and you're lvl 32. Stats are a bit lower than a Magmite trained to the same lvl, but nothing significant, and it moves faster, between a magmite and eldergoth marksman, which also helps.

As for the sawfly, keep it if you're able to keep it lvled up. If not, there's no point of keeping a useless lower lvl pet.

No normal pet will hold aggro better than the golem. Spend 200k and upgrade its Bash to level 2 and you'll be fine. It will be well worth it. As for the bee, there is no better flying dmg pet until phoenix, and you're on a pvp server so I would advise going all out on the bees skills unless you think you'll get the nix soon.

I've messed around with the ranged Eldergoths before and I have to say I wasn't impressed. They're decent for pulling but otherwise are lackluster.

    *Edit*
As for the idea of taming a higher level golem, that is a viable option, and certainly cheaper. My personal opinion is that better stats are worth the cost, but it really is a minor difference.

I must say i agree with the previous posters, although the easiest and cheapest fix would be to modify a bit your playing style, send your mag in first and let it build some aggro before letting loose with the nukes. Another option would be to make a macross for grinding using some of your lower level skills instead and saving your nuke for the point at which you'll pretty much be taking the mob down anyways. This should allow you to still get 1 click kills without really impacting much the time you spend grinding/questing.

A crystalline magmite is very likely the best PvE pet you can get other than Herc and it will probably remain useful even after you get one. As for the sawfly well, i really don't see a way around it on PvP server, unless you're planning to get a phoenix on the near future you should upgrade it's flesh ream.

I usually send my pet in first,
on both the foxform type veno, and also the arcane/caster type veno.

If it can put bash on first, before you cast or melee it, it'll keep aggro much easier.

I also agree with upgrading bash, it's the most important skill for your pet to hold aggro.

Oh, and also, if you have trouble clicking on the tiny button to get it to attack in a hurry, you can use ALT 1, ALT 2, etc.
