The art of trolling using bear smileys.

HT, being the carebear server, has its own distinct way of trolling. It is an art that preserves HT's heritage of carebearness while attempting passive aggression in its full glory. Because many players from other games and servers wander into these forums and is estranged by our weird customs, it is in my most sincere intention to outline the meanings of these bear smileys when used in a controversial thread.

b:laugh
This bear represents laughter in common usage. But when used by HT forum trolls, it is closer to:
"I laugh at you for being noob." or "You're so fail I'm going to laugh at you and hope you feel bad and cry like a little girl."
Most effective usage against: People who are emo and can't take being laughed at.

b:chuckle
This bear represents a friendly chuckle in common usage. However, many HT forum posters utilize this bear to represent their superiority over lesser beings. The connotation of this smiley is close to:
"Teehee you don't know how badly you got owned. Not only that I'm laughing at you but you probably don't even know why. Owned."
or
"Teehee you got owned but since I'm too nice and shy irl to use bear laughter I'm going to chuckle so you know you just got owned by a nice and shy person. Owned."

b:victory
This one is pretty easy to understand. Its casual usage is very close to its trolling meaning, which is:
"Me, my guild, someone I know, or someone I don't know just victorized you. Even though it wasn't me who owned you but the point is you got owned. Owned."

    This bear smiley is not often used casually but is used quite often by extremely failing trolls. The brief message sent out by this bear smiley is something like:
    "I just owned you but since I'm not going to bother to come back to the thread again you can talk to the hand. I got the last word so I win yeye."
    *Warning*
    Beware. Trolls who use this smiley tend to come back to the thread anyway in the next 10-20 mins and pretend to argue like all the rebuttals to his arguments never existed.

    b:surrender
    This bear means to surrender. But in forum usage it is anything but surrender. It is more like:
    "Sorry I couldn't help but own you so don't blame me."
    or
    "Sorry I can't help that I'm awesome but I'll pretend I still suck to appear modest."

    b:angry
    This bear represents anger. But the usage of this bear is often satirical. Consider the following scenario:
    Radiance member: ughhh these Radiance people are pissing me off with their entire world domination lets kill them. -smiley-
    *note the extremely pompous between the lines meaning hidden in the phrase*

    I like to see this on PK server tho. You and your guild will be *whole heartedly wlecome*

    Bad mouth about PvE care bear player in PvE server and hiding in PvE server PK care bear player. I think PvE care bear has more honor than b:chuckle

    The existence of trolls on the forum may be debatable but there is definite trolling.

    I didn't start of doing it intentionally but I seem to be good at it so why not O_o.

    Trolling is posting on a forum in a way that has the intention of causing problems. The only people who do that are a select handful of lost city members who rolled this entire section for a short while.
