Purify leveling?

What is the purpose of leveling Purify spell. What benefits do you get as you get past level 1, and is it worth it.

    the higher the level, the lower the cooldown. it's worth it.

    So if I'm grinding solo now(level 46) should I wait till about 55 to level it up for TT runs, fbs, etc, or should I start leveling now.

    you don't need it too much yet. the only time the cool down starts to shine is when you do bosses that debuff and poison aoe-grind. at mid 50, getting it to 5 will be a requirement.

    it increases the range of the spell as well. could be useful for purifying outside of the aoe range of a boss.

    first boss that you'll need high level purify is the last boss in fb49, if its too low the range isnt far enough and ull get aoe'd

    well, you only start needing it alot around 70+

    you could level it a little before that, but the other skills should have a priority before that.
    at least get all buffs, ress, plume, cyclone, ironheart maxed first before you start spending lots of SP and gold on it

    I recommend a Purify of lvl 5 by the time you get to your FB69 (which for some reason happens at lvl 70...), as it will be needed for some of the bosses in there. It also helps to have it leveled somewhat mid-60s when you will likely heal for Krimson several times, and need to purge his nasty debuff!

    Yep, and anywhere from lvl 5-8 would be a good point to stop lvling. 5-8 second cooldown is short enough for just about any purposes. It's not like you'll be casting it every 3 seconds anyway. There are more worthy skills to spend spirit on.

    i disagree mothergoose. i've done many fb69 runs where the boss was just feeling ornery and kept axing my tank. that 3 second saved his poor kitty life. and, it's very common knowledge that krimson has a habit of massing his debuff. even 3 seconds isn't enough for him. more than 1 cleric, at least.

    Awesome posts, they helped alot, thank you. I'm level 58 now and Level 1 purify, I think I'll start leveling it now. I have my buffs, attacks, heal and rev maxed already, so thank you.
