I found a decomposed TT70 soulgem lying on the floor or West Arch by the banker >.> and was wondering what to do with it since later i found out it was for the lvl 80 Dragonblade and something else that is another TT80 sword.
So was thinking of selling it but, i don't know the price if anyone can tell me it's worth Thank You very Much! (>^_^)> b:thanks

the TT70 sword requires the following mats to make (prices are the average last time I was on sanc)

    5 chintien edges (TT60 requirement) (75-100k each)
    3 Ultimate subs (1 for TT60, to for TT70) (50k each)
5 chintien armor shards (TT70 requirement) (25k each)

so your looking at about 500-700k worth of mats so probably 450k or so is the most you can expect another player to pay for it.

Ask around, maybe burn a tele or two. If someone plans on making the 80 version but has already refined the 70 they have by a lot, they would probably love to buy the souledge. I would think the base cost of mats would be a fair price, or just a hair under.
