Buff timers

I had a huge block of text here but then when I pressed submit the forum gave me an error so now it's shorter and with less explenation.

I would like some form of timer to keep track of my buffs, thanks.

    beside buff timer.
    buff cant not be override by lower lvl.
    buff need to renew timer when its cast again.
    buff can be remove by players.
