cant enter game

i just downloaded the game and when i try to log on it gives me this unreadable thing. can anybody help?

    I'm going to need some more information from you. Go to Start, click on Run (or Search if using Vista), and type in dxdiag and press enter.

    Click on the Display tab, and then post here everything in the Device and Drivers boxes:

    In that case, please submit a ticket to technical support. Please include a full dxdiag log with your ticket. To get it, click Save All Information from the dxdiag screen.

    did you verify the files after you first extracted them, before you installed them.

    it should have given you that option.

    if the launcher is loading up and you can click buttons, then i would also try the verify button there too.



    honestly it looks like a corrupted something. and the verify button and option should identify the problem, and fix it, or give you an error number to ask people about.
