log in problems! HELP!

my sis and i have accounts, but we cant log in!

my sis has had an account for a while, she has lots of characrers, her main thing in sancuary, but thats the only one she can log into, everytime she trys another server, it says "disconnected from server, please log in again" or somthing like that

and then i just made an account and it wont let me into any of the servers! what do we do? is there a setting we need to change? has antone elts had these probs?

    this sounds like a networking error.


    you firewall is probably blocking it.


    put type/make and model of your router, your anti-virus/firewall information up

    and ill give you a walk through on how to unblock it.

    its no that we cant log in its that we cant connect to any other servers, ok, how do i give you the info? i dont get what you want me to do..

    hm, i got on to my firewall and i added perfect world to the exceptions that i can let past, so imma try and see if i g ot it, TYVM for the firewall idia =D
