Strange DirectX error

Hey Guys, I tried running the game and it gives me this error everytime. I'm not sure which language this is supposed to be but I can't change the font in it for some dumb reason.

My DirectX and graphics card drivers are fully up to date. I'm not suer what's going on. Any one else get this problem?

    You could try installing the East Asian Language Pack (howto in Troubleshooting FAQ) or run verify from a launcher to see if it helps any.

    I got it to show the correct characters... and this is what it says.
