World Qwest Error GM PLEASE READ

hi i was in the middle of doing World Qwest....after talk with PNC, i didn't have the next PNC check point.....i went back to archo and talk with the WORLD QWEST PNC, and nothing i can do either, i suppose to have something in my INVENTORY QWEST ITEM from LI MENGPAI after i complete the world qwest, like the cycle of world qwest to continued....

please help.
