    WOW...my computer doesn't show that i have even Half That....all I really have are the separate packs, the icon, the install,and the uninstall...I'm STUCK (i'm really trying i promise)

    If you used print screen, you can always open paint and paste it there.

    I just did what he said. he means, if you click on the Start menu, scroll up to where you see Accessories, open that n click on paint. Then open Perfect world and take your screenshot again, then mini-mize the the game by hitting the windows button and then go to the paint window u left open, click on the Edit tab then scroll down to the Paste option and select it and your Screenshot should immediatly appear and then save it.

    For screenshots which you have taken with the F9 function (And also for the normal Prnt Scrns) you just have to go to the map where you have installed Perfect World. Then you see the map Perfect World Entertainment -> Perfect World International -> Element -> Screenshots.

    To find that map, just go to the station(or directory) where you installed Perfect World. For some is that on the C-station, for others is it somewhere else (like mine. Mine is on the D-Station).

    If you've taken a screenshot and the directory doesn't exist for whatever reason, it'll either create it (which means it didn't even successfully take the screenshot anyway) or do nothing/give an error message (which means it tried and failed).

    Are you looking on the right hard drive?

    Also, try running verify on the client launcher and see if that'll find and fix the missing screenshot directory.

    Search for folders anywhere called "Perfect World International" and look in there. Otherwise search for "screenshots" or "elements".
