Spiritual Initiate?

i tried to get the new skill draw blood(total noob) and i'm guessing i need this first. what is it? where do i get it?

    Go talk to the elder and complete the Spiritual Cultivation quest. Completing that quest will upgrade your Spiritual Cultivation level to Spiritual Initiate.

    Actually for drawblood you dont need to go to the elder or the taoist......When u get to lvl 3 just go to the Blademaster Trainer he is Southwest(?) in ether-I think.....

    yup, Draw blood is only a level 3 skill, you can learn it from the blademaster trainer in ether or arch. In ether he is just south of the auction house...just like trip said, southwest area of arch.
