Missing Manufacturing Skill??

Okay so I was just starting all my 4 manufacturing skills.
I get the materials, turn them in and etc. But I didn't get a book
from the crafting lady in Plume City?? So now I only have 3 skills..
Help please?

    Did you try the craftsman on the other side of plume?

    Yeah because not all of the NPCs that you can manufacture items are the same. Or if you turned in the book to the craftsman lady person then are you sure you don't have a full inventory? It takes up one slot so you might not have it because of that.

    Yes I'm sure that I had enough space, and I did check the other
    side, no luck there either...Does this mean that I have to buy
    a crafting book from the bookseller? >_< 20k is so much at my lvl.
