    Hell is more based for PvP builds, Heaven is best suited for Spears. Hell has a lot of perks such as added crits and such - and as to Sword and Claw users having high amounts of Dex, Hell is better suited for them. Heaven focuses on quickly gaining vigor and great p.def skills, combined with the HP and range attacks of Spear users, making them quite strong. I'm not saying Hell is a bad choice, but its just better suited for a warrior whom already has the higher crit rate to up the chances of a great crit build.

    well he's already pure dex build and I'm pure dex spear too, and my crits and dex are as high as sword users I know (10% crit, 148 dex). So he may benefit from getting extra crit from hell skills. Note though that it's unlikely u'll actually get most of those skills, takes a long time to get them, so at lvl 89 it's mainly what spark we want, and maybe if we want tiger maw or draw blood as a heaven/hell skill
