Banned Accounts

When accounts are banned and released at a time how long before/after the time it's unlocked may we expect it to be actually unlocked?

    I was informed today at 4am -8gmt and it hasn't happened yet and I know it's not long after but how long will it be

    I lured a world boss to the guards at level40 on a new server didnt get a thing from it cause Gm somehow was near Hes all like bug abuse Im like T.T
