i would like to know what color u can make ur armor glow and what it takes to make it glow?

    You need to imboue Soulgem at least 2 shards of any kind into your armor that has at least 2 sockets.

    2 Phys Def Shards = Red Glow
    2 Mag Def Shards = White Glow
    2 Evasion Shards = Yellow Glow
    2 HP Shards = Purple Glow

    3* Weapons = Blue Glow
    Legendary Weapons = Yellow Glow
    Twilight Temple Weapons = Green Glow

    does this work with any type of armor/weapon? (heavy, light arcane)

    does it work with any armor piece? (chest, leg, foot, arm)

    Works on every piece of equipment, and the shard needs to be average level or higher. Also, females have smaller armour pieces and are more revealing, thus having less glow (which is lame) .

    Humm... I have boots.
    Three stars [] [] [] (squares can be stars too =/)
    Imbued two soulgems (out of three possible slots) both identical (phys def)
    Hey no glow - :S did I do something wrong?

    derhundistdiehund, your gems are to low lvl, they have to be lvl 4 or lvl 5(still not sure yet)

    and once you get higher... you get more effects

    4 lvl 8 hp = lightning
    4 lvl 8 elem = sparkles

    i am sure the other stones give upgraded glows too... i just don't know/remember them.

    I remember 2 grade 7 m.attk stones give a subtle white sparkle on your weapon. I'm not certain if it's 2 grade 8's that give lightning effect on your weapon as well.

    Note: Minimal glow for gear is 2 grade 5 stones of the same type, for certain.

    Just curious, I know that to make a weapon glow:
    It must be 3 star..
    Must have two souglems grade 5+ and must be the same (eg Citrine)
    Must be grade 5+

    But what about the armour? Does this need to be 3 star too?
    I hear it doesn't ~ but all i see around is glowing 3 star armour and boots and stuff...

    so my Q:
    Before i waste two average shards : Must my armour and leggings be 3 star?
