GMs read pls ASAP

I need help i jus logged on here and my username and password worked. but everytime i try to log onto the game it say incorrect user name or password. whats going on? why cant i log in
?

    i entered everything the same as i did to log on here and it stills says incorrect username or password.

    check your email or send a ticket to the GM's silly.You know i almost forgot my email address so i freaked when i send a ticket to them to find out my email on the personal info thing here x.x bad memory

    Are you using the PWI client? Like do you see Oracle & Delphi listed or Harshlands, Etherblade, Lost City, etc.

    PWI. i could log on yesterday and now i cant. i used my username and password to get on this website and forums and it worked. but when i try to log onto the cleint then it says username or password is incorrect and idk why when it jus worked.

    Ohh okay. Like Pumpkin mentioned you can try sending in a ticket: http://support.perfectworld.com/ticketing

    On another thread it someone changed their password and they logged in successfully. You can try that before sending in a ticket.

    Wouldn't they have been banned from both game AND forum? Most of the time anyone posting about being banned isn't doing so from the banned account.
