Missing Zen

I just paid for my zen via pay pal - but the transaction states there is no Zen when i go to transfer it from wallet to server.

I know there was money in my account as the pay pal went through and its taken the money from my bank account.

But its saying I don't have any zen which is a bit odd...

Although it says my transaction is completed via paypal it is telling me there is no zen present for me to use.

I've used this system before and its been fine so what is happening?

I take it that either no-one (gm's or otherwise) understands why this has occurred or no-ones bothered to read this yet! Strange that all the other posts around mine seem to have attention but any mentioning zen troubles have few or no answers

What I am taking offense to, is that this is my real money which is taken from me, the process says its completed and yet....no zen for me to exchange to in game gold!

so it is not a case of paypal and the usual e-check system liason between paypal and pwi - as it does not state its pending or awaiting approval. Its been approved.

plus my paypal's been set up the same way since forever -and has never delayed or been seen as pending or anything before this - so when did this delay become apparent? - and why are we not informed this is now the case.

mine says its completed and i can transfer the zen to a server of my choice... however where the zen is supossed to be it reads zero!!

ive ticketed them again...b/c its something which needs immediate attention.
