resetting your str would be a waste of time, but you could buy an intermediate reset note(or intermediate rest-all note if you don't want the vit, up to you. cost the same) to fix the dex later on when you have the money to.

Keep the str, you'll breeze through those levels. Dex should be reset when you have the coin for it (or if you can buy gold, the sooner the better :p). As for the build, up to you really. Out of the two you mentioned, 1str,2vit,7mag every 2 levels gets my vote.

Basically you want to keep your str only as high as your equipment needs it to be. I'd advise pumping it last minute, say if you need 5 str for your new weapon, wait till you level then just add 5 str right then and there. Vit... meh :D Me? I love it. You can go through the first 50-60 levels without it (providing you don't do any fbs and just quest and solo grind, no hp in fb = death unless you have a perfect squad who's on their toes 100% of the time). 60+ when you start doing tt and fbs on a regular basis you're going to want as much hp as you can get. Hp shards, vit, whatever tickles your fancy. I find that using hp shards and keeping vit to my level works perfect. You could go with pdef shards, but I'll just say plume shell is your friend ;)

your build is actually fine. Your str req will catch up to you in no time so there is no need to worry there. Your vit is fine also, many people build vit a bit so that way you can survive better. As for dex, if you are going to get a reset, do it for dex. But, it is not fully necessary. I know many people that have built their dex just to 20 and stopped. Once your dex reaches 20, you get a 1% inc in crit chance, so there is no point to build it past there. So you can just build dex to 20 and dump more into mag in future or spend some money on a reset note. Either way, you will be fine

I'd go this route as well. It's 15pts that could go into Mag but the difference is very small. The extra 1% Crit will balance it out over time. If that doesn't please you then a stat reset scroll later on should be easy to buy.
