How long does it usually take for ZEN to be approved?

I used paypal today too and there seems to be some kind of glitch...*shrugs*

Usually - its as quick as pressing the confirm button for paypal which as soon as you do it will re-direct you back to the page where you can transfer your zen from your 'virtual wallet' to the server/game of your choice.

once that is done you should find the gold has arrived in game.

Sometimes there is a delay in it reaching the in game boutique.

However usually the quick fix is to log out and then back into your account - you should see the gold in game when you open the boutique.

If its still missing i suggest contacting those who need to know about that sort of thing - via the ticketing system.
