Game closes when afk for five minutes.

Hi Hi,

Was wondering if anyone is experiencing this problem. When i set up a kitty shop and then walk away from the computer my game closes after five minutes. Can someone tell me why it does that? Is it something in my settings i need to fix. Or do i need to submit a ticket for support.

    well what do you mean. do you mean you get d/ced from the game? your screen goes black? can you explain a little so we know whats going on?

    Oh sorry. I'll explain better. The whole game closes down. It doesn't even go to the log window. It just closes. I open up shop, and usually after five minutes the screen closes down and exits all the way out too the desk top. I have to reopen launcher just to get back in. My internet doesn't disconnect at all so i don't get dced. Normally when i do dc i get a window saying i was disconnected from the server and it takes me to the login screen. Just the game closes itself down and exits out entirely. Not sure if that help with the explanation. I don't get black screen at all. It's just like if you hit the x button on internet explorer and web closes. Well if I don't move in the game for a certain period of time the game closes.

    I'm having the same problem too. I'm playing from a hp notebook with vista ultimate. If that's help making this not happen again, altough i did not try this with the newest patches, but patch notes doesnt mention it was solved. When i'm afk i guess it doesnt quit only as a cat shop, and usually a half-hour after.

    I used to have this problem and I found the solution to it (At least I think I Did). It happens because when U afk everything but u moves around and if ur comp cant take it, u get a real bad lag spike which boots u off teh game. What i recommend doing, is turning all ur settings to low once u afk and making u camera face straight down and zoom all the way in, that way nothing moevs and the game can take the lil bit of lag it develops. Hoep this helped. It worked for me.

    Excellent suggestions!

    Also, check your power save settings and screensaver settings on your system as well.
    Do you need help learning about patching the game, installing it, changing antivirus/firewall settings, changing network settings, learn how to use a computer, keeping your PC maintained and more?

    i'm inclined to agree as well. i have my game on the best performance setting to keep things like that from happening.
