GM Please help!! Bought battle pet pack, opened and it didn't givwe me anything!!

I bought a battle pet pack, and right clicked it, it dissapeared and it didn't give me anything!! Help please!!!

    Try logging out and back in, if it doesn't give you anything after that...well then you've got a bigger problem

    Make sure your inventory has room for your items to appear. I had that as my problem before.

    Have pleanty of room in my inve, can't remember how to submit a ticket though. How do I do it again?? thx for the suggestions, about to try to relog, so far nothing has worked though.

    Those battle pet packs, and the packs you get within the battle pet pack, and also lucky boxes (those things that contain 5 potions) all work by creating a quest, which auto completes and gives you your items.

    Sometimes the boxes "half-open" and the quest sits in your log but doesnt auto complete. As you found, relogging fixes it.
