AXE BM - Need a good way to Aoe grinding

I know a level 79 BM went to north of dreamweaver and grinded on about 10 level 78 Mobs at a time, they only hit 100dmg on him and he never used a cleric.

You're only level 63 but I think It's still possible for you to do it with a cleric not sure I dunno much about axe BMs just my 2 cents.

Are the Death Knights not suitable for axe-style grinding? Other blademasters eat these things up starting somwehere in the mid-to-early 60s. But, maybe the reason I never saw any AOE grinding of them was that their slow channeling debuff and their higher interrupt probability makes them too risky to AOE in large numbers? If not, there is a large concentration of them on the north edge of the swamp.

though their magic attack doesn't do that much damage (and slows channeling), they do it at a range. it makes it really annoying to attempt to group them together. often time, you'll have a few death knights outside of AOE radius just range attacking you with the little skull missiles

Level 72 Seaweeds (AoE) or bats at Dreaming Cloud/Altar of Disbelief (1 on 1).

I think you can even already AoE grind at Nightscream island (I did at mid 6x's).

As for the question, before about 70 you can't AoE grind so well without a party (aka "zhenning") because there aren't any pure physical mobs I know of before that. Once you hit 70 or so though, go to NightScream Island and grind Pirate Minions, they are pure physical so if toss on a level 10 alter marrow physical on top of your normal high defense, you won't take much damage, and you can easily AoE a good 10-15 at a time. Also when doing this Calamity Axes help alot.

I tried to find Pirate Minions on Pwdatabase.com but apparently, the coordinates they gave are off the map. I can't get to it?...I'm lvl 63 bm as well..so i want to try go there and grind. Could someone tell me how can I get to NightScream Island? thank alot

Nightscream is the area you get to from the portal in Dreamweaver Port. The portal is the glowing area around the mast of the ship at the docks.

And, on the Death Knights, I think the range attack issue is just a matter of timing. I was grinding with an archer and we had a little AOE party on these guys (not doing the constant barrage "glitch" of a zhen party, just rounding up a herd of ponies for us to AOE whenever we had sparks). I'd have to soak up the initial range hits from the herd, but they clustered nicely for AOEs after that. I can see where a solo version of this would be harder, though, since I've never had skills interrupted as much as that time.

Yup..I just tried it. Like Terrorplex said..I can only take on 2 maybe 3 at best because my dmg too low. I can't kill them fast enough before they drain most of my hp. They hit me for about what terror said also so staying alive w/ 2-3 is not a problem but took me a long time to kill them. I'm using TT 60 axe atm..so I think i need to wait until a little higher lvl or upgrade my axe. Until then...the vampire bats at ridge of dreaming cloud can do just fine for me (10% in about 45-50 mins) and they drop alot of venoms too.

have a cleric within your lvl range higher or lower id say 4 lvls higher or 4 lvls lower fly on top of you and stack heal you with iron heart and do this

aoe move aoe move aoe move
now when moving move to mobs dont aoe and move and collect and aoe and move and collect cuz clerics iron heart steals your agro so you wanna continue to deal damage..

bad part mobs will leave u with a h3ll of a repair bill..

things u should agree on are share drops even if they dont get hit they are wasting mp healing you..

all should work out for you tho you will get your lvl and u wont die and ull have fun :P

oh, pick a spot with a bunch of mobs cuz u will be running threw them like traffic lights
