Unable to connect to server

i'm new to this game, i use vista, and has unable the uac
i has no problem of patching
but the server list show nothing
when i tried to connect it says "unable to connect to server"

can anyone help me pls, i'm in australia

    Yes i have the same problem. But I allredy ask for help few days ago and iam still waithing for reply
