buying zen/silver/gold with real money

i am very paranoid about where my money goes, etc.. and i dont quite understand how the whole "buying gold with your real money" process goes (other than the obvious fact you pay with your credit/debit card) Could someone possibly explain to me how the whole process works? (i.e. when i charge zen what do i do with it, how do i get it to be gold in-game, etc...)

sorry if this was covered in a thread prior to this but there were just too many for me to sift through (and sorry for being a n00b, lol)

    The very first thing u should know is:

    1000 Zen = 10 Gold/1000 Silver

    This is all i can give u thats 100% correct because i've never bought zen but i've heard ppl say that u have to transfer the zen that u buy to the server ur in.

    Hello there,

    All the answers you need are in a step-by-step tutorial here and that will show you everything from start to finish. After completion of Step 4, you just transfer the ZEN from your wallet to the game and server of your choice. It is best to be logged out of the games at the time of transfer but if you are connected, just log out and back in using your ID and password and that will complete the transfer.

    ty so much for ur help, that'll make it a lot easier to do this whole process. I don't know why i missed that help page the first time around >.< lol. (and yet again sorry for being so n00by :D)

    The problem with those tutorials is that they don't give you any information on the conversion rate of zen into gold/silver ( I have looked at those tutorials before and have been curious about it for a little while) I checked out the tutorial you linked and the item mall guide under "Store" in the top of the browser.

    The last bit those guides cover is telling us to transfer the zen to a server, now I realize that after that is probably basically "Ok you've got your gold/silver, now go spend it" so my suggestion is it would be a good idea to add a line at the end saying that (just as a nice way to finish up the tutorial) and to add somewhere (preferably near the top) what the conversion rate is. I can imagine not knowing the conversion rate could turn off some potential zen buyers. *watches as conversion rate is added somewhere easy to find within 2 minutes of this post* b:chuckle

    Haha, you are right, it is on the website b:chuckle check this out. It is under the "Charge" red drop-down menu under "Exchange Rate".

    on the game shop you see gold and silver, on your account you recharge zen
    but i didn't see the link between the 2 things
    they should write clearly this infomation on the site or in the shop

    is another way of buying gold? i live in Portugal so it's hard to buy from an international country. plus my credit card altho it's working is not accepted in any of payment options. I noticed that a payment via sms service is going to be available soon, the question is: is there any dates? is it going to work with international countries like mine too? thank you for your time and sorry for my english.

    hello i have bought 4,000 zen and transfered to my sever but have not received it have i been cheated?

    Try logging in and out of your account in-game. Check the boutique to see if its at the bottom and if not, submit a ticket.
