I lost items in PVE mode...

Is that supposed to happen when you die from a regular monster? I was fighting Darkbreed Wolfkin if that helps any...

    It CAN happen, even though the chance of it happening is extremely small. Bad luck I'm afraid.

    Regardless of your PvP status, there is a 1% chance to drop an item from your inventory (but nothing that's equipped) when a monster kills you.

    I had this problem too ^^ I lost my pickaxe -_-' and it went all laggy cos i was outside arch lol
