Garrote useless?

Well I loved the bleed on my WR, and wondering if Garrote is worthless or useful on WB.

Any insight anyone? Should I max it or leave it alone at level 4?

    I have garrot level 5 and Im level 48.

    use garrot on the beginning of the batle to put health degeneration.

    Evolve other skills.

    dont worry about restarting, youll save very little relatively seen.

    Well, after looking around it seems anyone should be able to max ALL skills around level 89.

    Whether that is true or not, I don't know.

    I guess I'm just looking for some support that it's not a complete waste of SP.

    oh as a matter of fact, i have over 5 million spirit i just dont have the cash to spend.

    but yeah, around high 80s you have enough to max all skills anyway.

    Oh so in fact it really isn't a waste since high 80's most will be maxing everything anyway (If one has the money of course)

    Dont bother with garotte until you have sp to spend. Get it to lvl4 or 5 and leave it there. Its ok for some (minor) added bleed damage, but its not that great. Use SP for other better skills for now.

    I maxed this skill because it was cheap, both in SP cost and in mana use.

    An extra ~1600 damage for ~40 mana is a pretty good deal. Basically, if you use it at the start of combat it's like getting a free critical. It's nice against Extra Defense, Extra Life or boss mobs, since you can stack it.

    I wouldn't say it's a great skill, but it's cheap and the extra damage is decent.

    i like garrote the dmg dmg does just as much dmg as my other two skills just does it on the first hit and over time so it does just as much dmg if u look at it right b/c when i first use it, it does 2-300 dmg on hit then like 700 over time which around the same dmg my other skills do so it is not useless it actually helps mobs die faster as u whack a way at them

    Garrote is extremely efficient in terms of mana-to-damage ratio.

    That said, I do my grinding in tiger.

    i only got a couple of the def skills for tiger form for when i have to tank other than that i grind in human form with a hp and mp charm so i get skills for human form
