races/classes info on teh start page

ok i was just wondering about this, why is it that EVERY OTHER race has a female and male avatar thing for them. Humans have male blade, female wizard, untamed well that's forced, and elves what do we have. BOTH FEMALES, then when you try to start the game and you pick elf it makes you be a female by default.. what is this? What kind of sexist ideals is this? Because i like to be an elf i'm supposed to be a female?

    because male archers look g.a.y when they pull up their leg!

    All races have one male one female by default.
    In all races, when you create a new character (pretty sure that's what your unfounded whining is about) the caster is female, the physical attacker is male.

    The archer is male by default. And as to why it has the female cleric as the default elf, maybe they're trying to encourage people to be clerics. Maybe they decided that since the defaults for the other two races were male they should have a female one so people aren't complaining about that sexism?


    Not only is your argument **** and pointless to start off with, even if what you said were true, the facts you're basing your argument on are not, in fact, true.

    Regarding the logic behind the concept art chosen for the website. There is no hidden meaning behind the selection of those characters.

    You're not forced to create your character one way or another. If the default Winged Elf was a male template, would someone else complain that we're sexist against women? Maybe.

    I'm just now downloading this game. So even tho the classes are portrayed as one gender or the other, we can choose to be which ever we like?

    I was wanting to be the venomancer (think thats what its called) but its showed as a female and I want male. Is that allowed?

    I under stand that each race as only 2 classes to pick from and im fine with that.

    Venomancer is female only. Barbarian is male only.
    All the other classes can be either gender.

    when u try to start the game and u pick elf its female cleric and male archer by default; just like how when u pick human its male bm and female wizard. idk why this is so significant esp considering the fact that u're free to change it.
