Help me fix this D:

I have downloaded Perfect world many times on one of my computers but each time it does not work. I log in to the game and a box comes up thats says Unable to connect to surver.

But then i log in to the game and this is what comes up.
m186191407.jpg I can move around and talk but i cant fight or anything. but when i am moveing its speed up and really fast. My internet connection if fine and I have enough space for the game. Please help me fix this!!! D:

    System Tab - System Information box -
    Operating System :
    Processor :
    Memory :

    Display Tab - device box -
    Name:
    Chip Type:

    Display Tab - driver box -
    Date:

    To open a dxdiag :
    In Vista, type dxdiag in the Start menu search bar
    In other versions of Windows, type dxdiag in the Run command (Start > Run)

    Odd, that sort of issue is normally caused by a multicore processor... You only have one. =/

    What's your computer make and model #

    It could be part of speedstep lowering then raising the CPU speed around. I used to play an MMO that if the speed of your CPU went up while ingame, you could speed **** and stuff like this was a result of it.

    Just a thought.
