what is differ between PVP and PVE???
I don't get it, aren't they the same??
And How do i Move my char Santuary to New server?
because the connection is 3x faster???

    PvE = Player Versus Enemy
    PvP = Player Versus Player

    PvE is where you can turn on PvP function should you want it and are able to turn it back off when you don't want it (but there's a time limit to turning it off).

    PvP is where you're free meat to nearly everyone around you.

    You don't move it; the only option is to re-roll on the new server. If the connection is 3x faster, then you probably won't regret it in the long term.

    It means Player vs Enviroment meaning you are fighting monsters PvP mean Player vs Player meaning you are fighting other players like in a FPS.
    Looking for a decent casual understanding Faction.

    I'm already lv61 , is it a good idea to play on new server?
    Santuary for me is 103ms and dream weaver is 31ms ?
    any suggestions?? Thankxb:cute

    If you want a better ping, and starting over isn't a hang-up for you, then move.


    If starting over is a hang-up for you, then don't move.

    Pros: Fresh start, better ping, East Coast players

    Cons: leave everything behind including any time/money spent.

    I plan on continueing to play my main char on Sanctuary just because I have put so much time and money into making him. But I'm going to play my main on Harshlands more for now until he is a higher lvl. Though I may be rolling a Veno just for financial purposes. XD

    While most of this is accurate I have to completely disagree with the last part. MMORPG PvP is not even remotely close to FPS PvP. FPS's are actually balanced since everyone is exactly the same. The only possible advantages you can have are what weapons you pick up and how well you know the map, and latency of course.

    It is if you play Guild Wars which is the other game I play I was just using it as example.You don't fight monsters in FPS always real peaople unless offline.

    PvP stands for Powerful Vengeful Punishment

    PvE stand for Playful Vigorous Environs

    I like both at separate times.
