Rank 1 armor problem

So, I recently got to level 30, and since I had enough rep, I was able to get rank 1. I didn't know about armor until after I'd hit 31, so I went to check it out. I figured that I would be able to accept the "quests" to get the armor to see the stats, but I couldn't, so I trashed the quest for the top half of the armor, and now it isn't there anymore. Did I ruin my chances of getting that great piece? :/

    No, you should be able to get it again by speaking to the NPC again.

    To "purchase" a single item, you have to speak the NPC at least twice.

    1) Speak to the NPC to obtain the quest to allow you to purchase the item.
    2) Wait 2 seconds for the quest to show up in your quest log.
    3) Speak to the NPC and turn in the quest. She will take 10,000 coins and proceed to give you the armor.
    4) Wait 2 seconds for the armor to show up in your inventory.

    I think that's how it goes. I may be missing another step in there somewhere.

    No, I mean that the quest isn't available from the NPC anymore. Whenever I talk to her, the quest for the top armor piece just isn't there. I trashed it before because I figured I could see the stats, but did that when I found I couldn't.

    The quest will reset tomorrow. You can only take it once a day.
    1. If I kill you; do something about it yourself, don't go complaining to my wife.
    2. If you have less kill counts then me, don't expect me to take pk advice from you.
    3. If you are hiding behind an alt, don't expect me to acknowledge your existence.
