Zhen transfer to Harshlands

I bought pw cash 3 hours ago... I have it in my wallet but can't transfer it to harshlands, where I have a charater.
On the tranfer site it only shows Lost City as server to select...

  Ok new status, still cant charge on my 1st char, lvl 10.
  I created a new dummy lvl 1 and immediately could charge on her. So why cant i charge it on my lvl 10? S

  I had previously transfered my zen to lost server. Is there anyway i can transfer this zen to harshlands?

  No there isn't a way to transfer from one server to another.
