PK and player harassment need to stop

Hi all! Just started playing PWI a couple of weeks ago and I think it's really a great game-well I think so until my experience yesterday.

I just turned level 31 and I was doing this quest yesterday in the Hidden Orchard area farming for some scorpion thingies, enjoying myself with 15 or so people doing the same when suddenly this **** swooped down from nowhere and started killing everyone.

I was one of the few who luckily escaped the massacre, having noticed somethings wrong when everyone dropping dead around me and I quickly fled to the safe zone. He then camped in front of the entrance and kills everyone who tries to quest. This continued for several minutes we pleaded for him to stop but he was really arrogant, laughing and mocking us and verbally abusing that we are bunch of weaklings and noobs.

The ****'s name is Krosan, a werebeast from some guild called 'union' or something. We didn't gave up, we all banded together but at most we could only damage him halfway before his charm kicks in. Since we are very low-level, we are dead already after 2-3 hits. Later on he was joined by another guy from Ragequit.

I teleported to another town to do other quest and when I want back he's still there. Many people standing in entrance unable to quest.

I hope this is an isolated incident since these sort of people are ruining the game. If he really wants to PK can't he do it against equal or higher levels not to those 40-50 levels lower than him? There's even a level 70 boss nearby he wouldn't touch.

Someone told the other PKer is from a really large guild. Are all large guilds like this? I mean if they are well-known and have a name shouldn't they act more responsibly? Or they already have a bad reputation?

I will also try PVP or PK sometime. But I don't think I will stoop down to that level wherein I will kill some 40 levels below me or backstab someone who's busy killing mobs. It's just disgusting behaviour. I think it reflects who you are in real life.

Also, if the player really can't control his obsession to PK low-levels then once or twice is enough, 'okay I'm done you can go questing now. But to camp outside town and completely obstruct players from finishing quests or harrassing is rather disturbing, don't you think?

I just found out I do not have this 'turn off' PK feature. I am new to MMO s and this wasn't clearly explained. I have helped other players finish quest and sometimes stayed on in squads, since it's only fair they helped me, until they are finished killing x number of monsters. After the incident, I became more alert, I escaped another PK attempt when I was harvesting some herbs near Heroes Tomb.
