The earliest would probably be around 30 depending on your class. Mp potions dont make that much of a dent in your finances till then. If you like playing conservatively, you should wait till 60+ (you need MP charms for these).

I guess it also depends on your class and build. As a tankbuild barb, I got my first hp charm at lvl45 or so (still have it). I bought it because that's where poeple started actually to ask me to tank on bosses. Having a hp charm allows to tank bosses slightly above your lvl, and that's really fun. Thanks to the charm (and good clerics of course), I could tank Virridis at lvl47 without much problem. They would never have accepted me to do that without the charm.

I know a cleric of my guild, and she also had a charm around lvl45, but mp of course. I think that for other classes charms can wait a bit longer, but I'm not sure because veno is the only other class I've played above lvl30.

I started using an MP charm around late levels 40s, early 50s. MP charms go FAST for me. An hour of grinding would take 100k-150k from my charm, and without FBs/TTs/bosses, my gold MP charm would be gone in 3 days. I started on HP charms at level 60 (the first one was a gift from a friend). I'd only ever used one HP charm, and it lasted 12 levels. b:pleased The only reason it broke was because I went afk near a poison mob, and it slowly sucked my charm dry haha.

I would like to know why do these things break as my bronze one broke 2 days after I got it at lvl 18 or 19?I now have gold hp/mp and thier numbers are going down as well.

I think "break" isn't really the best word. Basicly, the charms have an amount of hp/mp, and they are "transfert" on your healt/mana barr as it reaches the requirement. For instance: Hp charms tick when your health reaches 50% or your total hp, and it will fill it bach to 100%. On my barb, I have about 4500 hp so when I reach 2250 hp or less, my charm will bring it back to 4500. Those 2250 (or more) hp are deducted from your charms total. When the charm reaches 0, it disappears.

Barb should have a charm incase something horrible happens to the cleric
Cleric if you go to TT you need one unless another cleric is going to use the constant heal spell(forgot its name)
other classes its up to you. I never used one after I finished the quest reward ones and I'm fine. 10kmp plus 10%mp skills help and I'm only level 70. Just pick some herbs if the charm cost get too big.
Do not walk behind me, I will not lead
Do not walk in front of me, I will not follow
Do not walk beside me, This twisted road I must walk alone

I think I know what you mean you mean deplete and yes that is what I mean I got 1 gold hp and 1 gold mp although they are depletting fast more so the hp one.I would wait some time before buying anymore more in higher lvls.I would just rely on my potions

i use a hp and mp charm just b/c it is more effiecent that pots. fights go quicker when u have more mp to use ur skills since u only get soo much mp as a barb and the hp charm just makes life easier while questing b/c with ur def u are unkillable in pve b/c u never run out of HP if u can afford it use them whenever i like them
