Where is Qinghua?

Where is Qinghua - maker of lighting?

I have 10 mysterywood fruits to give him. One internet resource tells me 416 537, but the quest states Qinghua is in the Valley of Disaster. I cannot find Qinghua at these coordinates.

The quest states: Retrieve 10 Mysterywood Fruits from Gilded Princess outside Tusk Town, and take them to Qinghua, Maker of Lightning in Valley of Disaster.

Any input is appreciated

    He inside Valley of Disaster. I suggest just waiting until you do the wined FB59.

    Its in Valley of Disaster which is fb 59. Just wait until you are 59.

    Chiennan Spring Wine. You'll need 2 and each one requires 10 each of: Refined Steel, Anthracite, Rubstone Powder, and Fine Lumber.

    Expect it to take roughly an hour even with wine.
