Super Inventory stone/Worries of the banker

ok any hints to either of these quests? I can't find where this Stone is and on the second one i well... :/ chose to get the ingreedients on my own so any help on either of these quests?

    the stone is cash shop only
    the materials for the gathering quest for expansion are mostly DQ 21 and maybe 31 i believe, use pwdatabase.com to search what mobs to kill to get them

    dragon quest items, youll notice on some drops (maybe in a few lvls) that they say used for dragon quest and then a lvl like 21,31,41,ect

    yeah i saw them but then why are some of the drops on Dragon quests this early in the game? @_@ wtf's going on here?

    Do people normally sell the inventory stones in auctions or whatever? How likely is one to get it without actually spending cash?
