can you ban a player?

Can you ban a player that he borrowed something from you then it didnt give back.......

    This is why you be very careful who you let use your stuff. If you willingly traded that person the item and they later decided to not give it back, there is nothing that can be done about it.

    I don't even trade/loan items to faction members I do trust. #1 Rule to live by in an MMO... NOBODY can be trusted with your stuff! Period!

    *My g/f just told me she can be trusted with my stuff... as she sits right next to me while we play... and knows where I sleep at night, I make an exception to the rule for her...... (Hides my good stuff on another character she doesn't have access to or know about b:laugh)*

    you should always ask for collateral when your letting someone borrow something
    as in
    whatever you let them borrow
    you ask for something form them that's around the same value

    Isn't that a bit drastic b:shocked You have to give poeple some trust to see if they can be trusted. I had an Israfael I wanted to get from my barb to my veno, so I asked someone of my friendlist that I don't even know in rl. I knew there was a risk. But a risk isn't always negative: I could either loose my Israfael, or find out that that player can be trusted.
    For me, same goes for rl. 0 risk doesn't exist, and you can't just do everything all alone.

    For the original poster: It's regrettable you lost your stuff, but sooner or later something like this had to happen. Just try to make the game as unpleasant as possible for that player from now on b:victory

    Never trust anyone with something "important" if you aren't physically capable of slapping them in the back of the head.

    So don't trust anyone in a game with anything "important" unless they're within slapping distance.
    Everyone here is ridiculously oversensitive.

    She is my REAL LIFE, LIVE IN GIRL FRIEND (redundancy: WE LIVE TOGETHER AND SLEEP TOGETHER!!) and knows my account info because I have it written down in a notebook we both have access too (her game account info is in the same notebook).     *edit x2* Also seeing as her and I are both over 40+ that is more a likely hood than someone doing the same in their 20's or 30's. (growing old together and dieing with that is)

    happened to me that I had this mold: necklace of legion and the mats and I had no one who could craft it for me xD
    I found a guy and he did it but I was so unsure of giving him my stuff... but I ended up with a nice necklace with max stats and someone I can trust :)

    Not everyone is that way... xD I had a previous exp when it was all the way round xD

    Lol, if I want give something like new weapon, pet or mount to my another character, I just send it by mail in game on name my another charr..-.-' Cost me JUST 500 coins and 1 hour waiting, but I can go with dog on walk in this time.

    In past, I gave my stuff(not equip, just mats on sell) my friend. She'is bored in game(have 12 lvl by 3 mounths of playing. yeah.. b:shocked), but she stay here because of me b:victory So she did kitty-shop for me. I was wonder if I could trust her a little, because I never saw her in rl, but we were in many mmorpgs before- we much talking, do funny commnets etc. nvm..

    One problem was, that she didn't knwo how do cat-shop, so I needed to explain her it from start. >.>' But indeed, she did this shop, sold ome stuff, and give my money and rest of stuff back b:victory I didn't do this later, because I don't want do problems to her, but I know now that I can trust her. It's just fine.

    And one story more: in my first hh60, cleric from my guild, give me for this hh, his magic sword for heal my tank pets. Ofcourse, I give back this to him. Thanks for trust b:thanks

    Why ban players????this goes against the freedom rule..

    I mean not because players like to be with alot of woman that means they should be banned b:angry
