Is it possible to spur it once and get it to lvl 11?
Basically buy it from CS (8 speed) and get it to level 11 (9 speed) then use the Galewind Spurs to increase speed from 9 to 10 and reset the level to 1 at the same time?

    The spurs upgrade its speed, and reduce its level to 1.

    So if you had your 9.0 speed panther at level 11, if you used the spurs, you would have a 9.0 speed level 1 panther.

    that is confusing , how do the spurs work then. I am curious. I never understood the lvl 11 thing. :)
