Disconection in gameplay -plz help!

ive been playing almost since the game started the international version and these few weeks i keep geting disconected out of the game...HELP!...plzb:angry

    i am having the same trouble i keep getting disconected i stay on for about 5mins and the i get lost connection but the rest of my internet is working fine

    Same problem here, it started in the last couple of days and it has made the game unplyable, I have sent a ticket but as yet no reply, hope we get a solution to this soon.
    I have no probolem with my internet connection, everything else is working fine the problem is only occuring when i try to play Perfest World.

    so does anyone know how to sort this out i am about to send a ticket but it is unreal, i can't play because of this problem and hope someone can help

    I have the same problem.

    I get disconnected not even after 10 seconds ingame when I am lucky, or when it charge.

    hmmm maybe try to play in window mode as soon as i changed my option to window mode i am not gettin dc soo often

    Already use window mode i always have since i started this game i am getting very annoyed with this now, yet another game that doesnt care about its PAYING customers, well my credit card is now locked away!!!

    Any of you had any updates to your Firewalls, Antivirus, Peerguardian etc?

    For me :

    the 02.26.08, I could play completely fine from a place A, no problem, I could play.

    from the 02.28.08, I moved to a place B where the connection work fine with the same computer (a laptop) and I am disconnected really often (it started every 3 minutes or so but I have been stupid because I have gone to archosaur and I can't even move without being disconnected).

    In my case I'm perfectly sure that it's not my computer.
    And for the connection to internet, it doesn't have any problem.

    I have nothing blocking access to the internet for PW, it used to work fine then suddenly it began to disconnect me ALOT, sometimes i will get to play afew hours before it starts but most times i start to get disconnected straight away.
    Like i said the game is unplayable when this happens, I have reinstalled PW client on my pc and am about to begin the updates, if this does not help then i have no idea whats goin on, all other aspects of my internet are working fine.

    try to klose your firewall and antivirus

    As i said before nothing was blocking access to the internet. I have reinstalled PW on my pc and it seems to have fixed the problem.
