Does barb's mastery affect my poleaxe?

Hi, i have the poleaxe from fb19, and was wondering-- does axe and hammer mastery affect a poleaxe?

    Axe and Hammer Mastery affects all hammers and axes of any kind. This is good seeing as how all barb skills can only really be used if you have one equipped anyways. As for the best barb skills, that depends on what kind of barb build you're going for. Try reading this guide. It really helped me out in determining how I wanted my barb to grow.

    i used this guide as well. its like a bible for all barbs. help me make i good barb for PvE only. i really dont like PvP.

    it increases all axes damage. Might swing, Penetrate armor, Beastial Onslaugh, Perdition, Shapeshifting mastery, true form, sunder, devour all 79+ skills
