so, today, i loged in, and i thought HEY crazy stone quest, i'm at 93.3% so i should lvl right?

well . . . i got there . . . NO QUEST!!!!

i send a tele: GM. . . PLEASE . . . 30 sec later a GM GreatAxes hes GM right? you never know XD) reacts (prob a new record) and i explain my situation, he asks qestions, asks me to re-log ect.

still no quest, so he starts digging, i wait . . . . i wait . . . . stil hes ke HUH??????

and after everything all he can say is, try again tomorrow, maybe than it l work.

so tomorrow there wil be a update to this thread.

*all i'm trying to say here is, GMs can do alot, but not everything, they are alsow just people, who need sleep, and dont know everything, so give m a break will ya, they try, and thats all they can do.

so stop B***HSLAPPING them and go have fun, thats what games are for!!!
if you dont have fun quit gaming!!!

but the update wil come ;)

    There are a few things to keep in mind with the crazy stone quest:

    A) Delievering your gems, but not collecting the reward until the next day uses up the "slot" for crazy stone that day (apparently, it doesn't count started quests, but only quests-completed-but-not-handed-in).

    B) You still have an old CS quest active.

    C) You cashed in on yesterday's quest too close to midnight server time, and it was rolled over to count as the quest for today (see point A).

    I just asked; "GreatAxes" is not a GM.

    Correct, there is no GM under the name GreatAxes.

    Note that GMs are told to never respond to WC. Don't waste a tele asking for GM help because real ones will not help you. Use the "I'm Stuck" thing in an emergency.

    GMs have a big red GM* by their name.

    You should make "GMs will never answer to World Chat." one of those automatic red text things.

    I see so many people every day screaming for GM on it, most probably for a newbie reason too.

    I am not sure if they're told specifically *not* to reply to worldchats but if a REAL GM does PM you, the name will ALWAYS say "GM"

    I have personally seen some GMs banter a little bit with World Chatters especially around Maintenance time.

    And yes, spamming the "I'm stuck" every five minutes will eventually get you a reply.

    **Slightly off-topic but if any GM/Mod/Person associated with customer service reads this post I would like to know what the reply time on my screenshotted bug will be. ^^ I understand maintaining this game is time-consuming and that I may not be compensated for my losses (and it won't bother me too much since I'm going over to a PvP server) but I would appreciate some sort of reply. Thanks in advance

    I know that it usually takes the GM a while to teleport to you. I actually had shnuggles teleport just like...down the street in Arch (To report a graphical glitch, he just didn't know where it was and probably didn't realize it was so close or he would have just walked over lol) and it STILL took him a couple of min to come to where I was. Usually I just tap the button and then go make myself a cup of tea b:laugh By the time I'm back a GM will just have and/or will just be arriving at the scene

    Jacim - if you've sent in a ticket, it will be looked at. GM's will try and send you a reply, but they get a lot of tickets every day, so don't worry if you don't get a response. But it will be fixed.
