    It's the Valentine's Day item from the event a week ago or so. With the new patch it just changed the description into Chinese.

    The meaning of those chinese words isn't important tho.
    Basically it is just saying:
    "Wishing that your heart and mine will always be tied together."
    "2009 Valentine's Day Momento"

    My translation isn't good, so that the best i can translate.
