Game Freezing.... Help!

Im new here. the first time around the game was working ok. when i logged back on the game. and everythings just stop's??? i can move around jump and run. but no players are moveing and i cant talk to NPC's?. i click on them but nothing

    Could you please try a verify from the launcher and if that doesn't work provide us the following fields from a DXdiag :
    System Tab - System Information box -
    Operating System :
    Processor :
    Memory :

    Display Tab - device box -
    Name:
    Chip Type:

    Display Tab - driver box -
    Date:

    To open a dxdiag :
    In Vista, type dxdiag in the Start menu search bar
    In other versions of Windows, type dxdiag in the Run command (Start > Run)

    I'm having the same problem, and have verified. Here are my stats:

    Operating System : Windows Vista- Premium Home (6.0, Build 6000)
    Processor : Intel Core Duo E4500
    Memory : 3070mb

    Name: NVIDIA GeForce 8300 GS
    Chip Type: GeForce 8300 GS

    Hi everyone.
    I had this problem a few times before.I figured out that it was something to do with my internet connection, because no player moving except me was moving.So I went to my cousin's house and used her internet connection.Everything was perfectly fine.It takes couple of hours for it to be working normal again.b:victory
