Pk Questions

Hey all,

I got the basics of PvP flagging and such from the forum but I need to clear a few things up and I can't find the answers using search.

I know that for every pk I do I am pink for +2 hours, getting redder as I increase the time. What I also have been told though is that killing higher level monsters reduces this time. Is this true and if so how significant is the decrease?

I was also wondering if someone could link me to the page where there was a chart showing my chances of dropping loot as I got redder. I remember seeing it somewhere but cannot locate it.

Any help is appreciated.

    I found the chart I was looking for.

    But I still need to know if killing monsters bigger than me reduce the pk timer and if so how significantly does it do so?

    I've never heard of killing high-level mobs in order to decrease red-name time.

    In order for it to decrease, you must spend time in-game. For example, if you had a 4-hour wait time until you are white-named, you can only wait it out while in-game. If you log off PW and log back in 4 hours later, your time as a red-name will not have decreased at all.

    Yea I knew about the waiting - which is no problem.

    I just heard a rumor about killing higher level monsters to reduce time but it appears that it is a myth as I have tried it and didn't see any difference.
